Who do you want to be?Such a simple question with unlimited answers. It’s a question that we often asked ourselves but how often can we give ourselves a detailed answer?A statement I here alot as a coach is this “I don’t know what I want, I just know I don’t want this anymore!” Sound familiar? It often leaves people feeling lost and defeated, feelings of hopelessness and failure can push in from all sides. We are our own harshest critic, we often beat ourselves up because we don’t know where we want to be.Stop it!Not knowing where you want to go is ok, it gives you absolute freedom in what you can try. You are not constrained by your own expectations or demands. What is not ok is to not be looking for where you want to be. Sitting in your mess and bitching about where you are.The need to not stay where you are is all you require to start moving forwards. Tomorrow will be a better day because you choose it to be, you choose to take action. To grow from where you are and move along the adventure of change and experience.
