By doing the simple things, each and every day, you will have no choice but to change your mindset and your way of thinking into a much more positive place. Positivity breeds positive change for you.So what are those three things? They are different every single day, what it was yesterday may not work today, and if you were to get tomorrow’s today, it might not make sense. The three things that will change your life are these, at the end of every day, right as you go through your bed time ritual. Tell yourself, a friend/partner or write them down, three things that you are grateful for from today. There are no limits to what these three things can be, the smell of freshly cut grass, a warm hug from a loved one, knowing that someone else cares about you and thinks you’re worth it right down to the smell of fresh coffee. Now I don’t like coffee, but I love its smell. It never fails to put a smile on my face. That’s the secret, finding the beauty and the things to appreciate in your day both large and small.Do this every day, and you’ll find yourself starting to look for the positive as you move forward through your day. Ironically, you will find what you’re looking for, so look for the good, the gratefulness and the happiness, because you will find it.
