Sometimes it’s hard to find your calm.At times, the nights can be so dark that trying to find your calm can feel impossible. Even the Moonlight seems to disappear.We have to keep looking, what’s one thing that you do that brings you calm? It doesn’t have to bring control or power over the situation it just has to bring calm. What settles you? What is it that provides your Moonlight over the ocean?Next time you find yourself in stressful situation Really look at what it is, that calms you down that brings you the piece that you so desire. Things like grounding out on grass, the salt air at the beach, crocheting, meditation. These are just a few things that sone people I know do, look for what works for you and recognise it. So that way next time you find yourself becoming stressed, you can think of how it feels to do them, just the feeling will help to bring you back to calm, which then allows you the benefits of clear thought and defined decision-making.
