It’s okay to call time out. To take time for yourself.The world around us become so busy and so fast paced we often barely have time to scratch our bums. Between work, kids, social activities and home life we often feel like we don’t have enough hours left for ourselves.We have all muttered the sentence “I’ll just get this done first.” Only to go on to then do more rather than less, then get to the end of the day and just fall in a heap.Even taking 15 minutes twice a day will restore our calm and our balance, bringing us some peace that we need.There is no excuse not to do it, if it’s sunny outside sit in the sun and soak it in, if it’s raining, stay under the veranda and listen to the rains as it hits the roof.
