Be nervous, it’s okay.Nervousness is a very normal and logical feeling, when used correctly it helps us focus our energy in the right direction. Nerves are part of trying new things and stepping up to get what you desire. They serve a very valuable purpose in reminding us of the things that we care about. If we don’t have nerves about a new situation or stepping out of your comfort zone it often shows this that it’s not the right thing for us to be doing because we don’t care enough about it. The level of our nervousness is often in direct relation to the level of care we have for what we are about to do.Next time you go to do something whatever it may be and feel nervous about it, remind yourself that your nerves are showing that what you’re about to do means something to you.
